  Unfortunately today's visit was the worst I've ever experienced. Young new girl took ages to get a small order correct, then when I had made a remark to a male teenager staff person who gave me the meal in a paper bag and I wasn't impressed, he walked away with a grin and making faces at another staff member and laughing. I called him back and told him he was rude, and the I got verbally assaulted by a vulgar rude troublemaker customer who threatened me because I had voiced my disgust at the useless staff members. I should have called the police to have this male customer who verbally assaulted me arrested. Funnily enough the free coffees I got today were given to me on a card from a manager at same store for inconvenience caused and order stuffed up about 2 months ago. That was the last of the free coffees and WE won't be returning to any of your shops for coffee or food. Manners in young people at some MacDonald stores are non-existent!, but the Marayong store has more badly trained and arrogant young staff..(it ised to be the Blacktown Sunnyholt Road sore but they've improved recently and not just on Regional inspection days!)...Mrs L.Richards
