  Customer service was sub par. We had little to no communication on the day of the movement. The removal was scheduled for around lunch time and they did not show up. It took many messages and calls that were never answered before we were finally contacted to be told that the removalist would come at around 5:00pm.
  
  The delivery time was extremely long taking about 2 months to be transported from Sydney to Cairns. To be fair we were warned that it could take up to 6 weeks as they had to have a full container and we were in no rush to receive our things.
  
  The movement team in Cairns were great they were extremely friendly and moved our things quickly and carefully. One small cheap bookcase was lost in the move, but everything else arrived undamaged.
  
  There was no consideration from the accounts team after the move was complete. I asked for a tax invoice to be sent to me and it took almost 2 months for them to send it to me. During this time I sent 6 emails and made 3 phone calls to try and arrange this.
  
  Overall Move Management Australia provided a budget option for removal, but you would be better off paying a little bit extra to avoid the stress and frustration caused by working with this company.
